Pricing
Simple, usage-based pricing. Pay per minute for voice and per number, with no per-seat licenses, no multi-year contracts, no minimums. The full contact center (queues, agents, IVR, reporting, wallboard) is included in the platform, not a separate per-agent product. Always free to try, with a free tier to build on.
How pricing works
- Pay-as-you-go: you’re billed for what you use (per-minute voice, per-number, usage add-ons). No upfront commitment.
- No seats. The contact center is part of the platform; you don’t buy per-agent licenses.
- No contracts: month-to-month, scale up or down freely.
- Transparent. Published rates, no hidden surcharges.

Every recording and transcript is stored free for the first 30 days; extend retention beyond that, up to 7 years, at the per-minute-stored rate above, priced below what the large CCaaS suites charge for the same add-on.
Contact center features are included, live monitoring is metered. Queues, IVR, presence, overflow, wallboard, and reporting stay in the base per-minute voice rate, no per-agent license, ever. Supervisor listen/whisper/barge adds a small per-minute premium only while a supervisor is actively monitoring a call.
Microsoft Teams Direct Routing is priced per tenant plus per channel (concurrent call capacity), covering managed SBC hosting, certificate lifecycle, and DNS automation for that tenant. If SIP.IO also terminates the PSTN leg, minutes bill at the standard voice rates above; a pure SBC hop to your own PBX or trunk has no extra per-minute charge. See Teams Direct Routing.
BYOC SIP trunking keeps your own carrier’s rates for the actual minutes; SIP.IO adds a flat per-trunk platform fee plus a small per-minute platform fee for routing, number transforms, and failover monitoring. See SIP Trunking & Numbers.
Free tier
Every account is always free to try:
